Pennies are being phased out of circulation. If we cannot complete a cash transaction to a penny value, we will round the transaction, to the benefit of the customer, to the nearest nickel.
Pennies are still legal currency and may be held, spent, or deposited.
Our locations are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays to 5:00PM. We close for all Federal Reserve observed holidays.

Can I stop payment on a debit card transaction?
No, debit card transactions cannot be stopped once they are initiated. Card payment network rules do not permit stops on any transaction that has already been authorized. The best recourse is to contact the merchant processing the transaction and ask that the order for which you are charged be stopped and the funds credited to your card. If you have trouble reaching a merchant to request a reversal, we can help.
I will be traveling overseas. Can I use my debit card?
Before you travel overseas, notify us of your dates of travel and destinations so that we can enable non-USA transactions on your card. We disable non-USA transactions on all cards by default. You only need to make a request for us to enable them.
